Peter Jakob was honored with an anniversary award by the Swiss Venture Club. The award recognizes his long-standing entrepreneurial commitment to the Emmental economic region.

With Plastic Day 2026, Jakob Rope Systems is taking a stand for a clean environment and less plastic waste. Around 250 employees collected a total of 4.97 tons of trash south of Saigon.

Jakob Rope Systems is expanding its production site in Vietnam in a second construction phase. The expansion will create additional production and storage capacity, improve manufacturing efficiency, and lay the foundation for the company’s continued growth.

With the start of the new apprenticeship year, our new commercial apprentice, Enis, is beginning his education at Jakob Rope Systems in Trubschachen. We warmly welcome him and wish him a successful start.

Greening courtyards with trellis structures is an effective way to enhance the quality of urban spaces. The need for green courtyards often arises in cities. Courtyards of office complexes and administrative buildings, as well as atriums in banks, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities, are locations where we have already had the opportunity to design and install numerous trellis structures for greening.
